At Willow & George, every item tells a story and each purchase makes a positive impact. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, and we ship within the UK and Europe. We offer two flat rate shipping services:

Europe £12.95 Courier/Royal Mail Tracked

If you need anything in a hurry, we can arrange express shipping and just contact us.

Any online returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please email: hello@willowandgeorge.com to request a refund. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer and refunds (less the original postage costs) are only available for online purchases. Sales in the studio are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 28 days. Sales at external events/pop-ups are not returnable.
